What we could all live without as IM
I'll start the discussion with refunds, but feel free to answer the title of this post with anything you wish that you'd like to live without in IM.
Refunds annoy the crap out of me, especially with sites like clickbank where most users have an idea of how easy it is to basically scam the authors of products.
The best defense I've seen against serial refunders (besides reporting them after the fact) is to have products which are released slowly over the course of more than the 8 week refund window. Autoresponders are great for this, as well as membership sites.
I am moving all my downloadable products to book version, in order to avoid the crowd of online downloaders who are free loaders that take advantage of publishers.
