I am writing looking for any free tools that you might use that can quickly submit URLS/feeds/rss or ping my blog?

I am just looking to get my new sites indexed faster.

Do you know any free submission tools? There are a ton in google but they all require some type of signup, I'm just seeking an easy tool with no signup required.
