may i ask a reputable Warrior who already SUCCESSFULLY sold complete, established sites on flippa a few questions via PM?

This is mainly for quickly evaluating a site of mine and giving me an opinion about whether i should sell or not and whether my expectations are realistic or not.

George, are you using proper contracts?

Id be willing to give you mine mate, free of charge, if you need in return for a testimonial.

Ive sold sites from $500, right through to $30,000 using them.

I am looking at a min. $20,000 sale..that's why i need advice by someone who dealt with such numbers already. Respective can tell me that my expectations for that site are totally unrealistic
