IMO, no article software can replace the human brain. If you don't want to write articles I recommend you go to GAF or Elance and hire a copywriter - you should be able to find several good writers for decent rates.

If your looking for a good content spinner to multiply your article efforts, check out the following.

Website content wizard - powerful and versatile but with a high learning curve. If your serious about spinning this is the program of choice.

Power article writer - Solid straightforward spinner. Not many bells and whistles but simple and effective.

Content composer - Powerful but funky. You can do some cool stuff with this tool but it also take awhile to get into the swing of things.

Microsoft has an awesome article writing software.

It's called NOTEPAD and it comes with every computer!

  I write all myself on Microsoft Word or the free Wordpad. I also use the free note Tab light. I think I use Wordpad the most. I have used article writers when I first started. I quickly stopped.
  
  I still sometimes spin my own articles for some of my websites. I use and recommend Power Article Writer for this.

Worflood is quite good - it is basically a synonym replacement tool

Power article rewriter is ok but I suspect you are looking to do as little thinking as possible, so it might not suit you.

I'd go for wordflood
