No Pity! Just Advice BTW I am New :)

I apologize if this is in the wrong category.

So I have been dabbling with Internet Marketing for a year so, but never dedicated myself to any particular project. Recently, i am out of the job and want to use everything I have learned about IM to make an income.

I have all the time in the world, so my question is, Is it possible to make 1500 dollars in your first month?

Ill take any and all of the angles to get there, just need anybody to help me towards a good direction.

I think I understand the basics. I have a site, I am working on, if you wanted to see where I am.

Its not finished, started yesterday, but wanted to take the time to get involved with a highly recommended forum.

I can use all the help I can get...

    $1500 in your first month is a lot of money.
    Find a method and if it fails try again and again and again until you found something that worked and stick to it!! And you will make those $1500 per month, but maybe not in your first month.

      I figure 20 hour days, effective promotion, start creating my list.

      I just want to know if anyone has done it, if so, how?

      I am not lazy and am completely motivated to get this done, plus I have a partner, so the work load can be doubled.

      1500 in 28 days, can it be done? Especially if its my first real project.

      Making $100 in your first month would not be easy let alone $1500. You need to take things easy. Get your foundation set and you would be able to make consistent sales afterwards.

        Hmmm... Does sending a free report to a respectable niche site and adding my own affiliate link at the end still work in this market?

        I can easily write an in depth report about a specific niche....

        Basically I will implement as many strategies as necessary to get to 1500 a month?

        But it is hard to find what is working in 2011, compared to what worked in the past...any ideas?

        How many different approaches would it take?

    I would honestly try to start offering a SERVICE online. If you can do that you will be WELL on your way to IM success.

    It's not impossible at all, but to do it... you need to do it right.

    You should create a product and sell it. If you have the extra cash for a copywriter... you should find a damn good one, then find an affiliate manager to recruit some big affiliates.

    You can do that in just about any major niche.

    Or you could go the offline route and land a couple clients that way.

    Or you could find a CPA offer and promote it offline to a large audience that would be interested in the product.

    If you're wanting to be an affiliate and do SEO.. it will take you longer.

    I did it.

    It was sort of an accident. I had a product that I didn't even know I had (if that makes sense)

    Some colleagues of mine asked for advice. I sent them the answer in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and then jokingly closed with (If this is the best thing you've ever seen, here's my PayPal address)

    Within about 3 minutes I had a payment. Within an hour I had 3-4 payments.

    I realized I was on to something. SO I cleaned it up and set up a website and started telling everyone I knew and asked them to do the same.

    I made about $3000 per month for a few months until I had sold all I thought I could in it's current form.

    Now I'm working to build out a subscription based site.

    So yes it can be done.
    1. Do you have a product? Do you have anything that you know a lot about that you could write about which others may find helpful? Do you have a process which could simplify something in your field? Do you have a list like a resource list that others in your field would find helpful?

    2. Do you have some people close to you that you can test your product with and who may buy it?
