Calling All Experienced Website Flippers! Emergency

Hi!

Is there anyone out there that might have some experience with website flipping. I need some quick money to pay a bill. I have two sites. One is a 10 year old domain which is mom-to-mom.com and the other is byrims.com
These are wordpress static sites.

Could someone take a look at them and see what I can do to make them worth some money. What kind of changes can I make to them. I just want to do a quick flip. I don't want to build ranking, backlinks or pr. So if someone can grace me with their knowledge and expertise. I'd be highly appreciated it because I tried to sell mom-to-mom.com and it didn't sell at all. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

      I wish I could but I'm really strapped for cash. I received a 500$ electric bill for one month so I really can't afford to buy a wso ebook. What kills me is I wasn't even using that much heat but the electric company and I are in battle with that price but still I don't want them to cut it off so i'm trying to raise some money up to get it paid.

    I see there is a market for mom to mom sales that you may be able to tap into by adding a forum and getting some interaction going on or something like that but otherwise there really isn't much on the page that makes it worth anything. No original content, bunch of crappy ads slapped all over the place. Byrims.com is basically just an amazon slider ad.

    If you've got no traffic/potential then you're not going to get anything for these sites.

    If you can write 8-10 pages of good unqiue content per site that might be of value to someone looking to get into the moms or rims business you might make a little money but you'd probably have better luck just selling those articles as PLR packages.

    The domains aren't really worth much. mom-to-mom maybe but anyone can go out and grab a domain and target the same keyword for $10. Unless you want to spend some time getting traffic then I wouldn't waste the money on a flippa fee.

    People don't just buy websites for the sake of buying websites. Ask yourself, what would make someone want this website? If you can't think of anything then chances are it's not going to sell for much if anything.

    This is my suggestion - revamp the site before you sell.

    Change the theme, add some pages of content to your sites

    Also are you getting traffic and making money to these sites? If no, then it is based on the design of the current site, which is none.

    Spend a day or two to revamp and flip.

    before you go crazy about an electric bill that you can not pay, find out the regulations in your town or state about what they are allowed to do in case of non payment.
    Try to work out a payment plan if you can.

    You can try selling byrims to a company that is already in
    business. Do a search for rims, and try to find initials for a
    company name like Ben Young's Rims. Tell them you have a domain
    they may be interested in purchasing as you want to sell it.

    i think you have to add more option on the sites like contact us so that if any not able to pay online they can visit on your shop and purchase
