Please Step Away From The Haterade...

I'm usually fairly mild mannered, keep to myself, and really don't care what other people do one way or the other.

However, it's come to my attention that the world of internet marketers appears to be full of what are known as "haters"

So, what exactly is a hater?

A hater is a pathetic piece of trash that can't stand to see someone else do well...someone that would rather talk trash about other people rather than focus on their own business...basically, someone that just flat out annoys me.

Recently - Well, actually about 20 minutes ago, I was sent a transcript of a Skype conversation that one of my friends had with another party. For whatever reason, the other person was bashing me and the way I price my products etc...

But, you know what really pisses me off? They have basically tried to sabotage me a couple of times by their own admission by rating my threads with one star and even asking others to make posts to a couple of my threads trying to somehow prove my information wrong.

Normally, I would be flattered. Hell, you know your doing something half way right if people are trying to find a way to knock you down so that they can get to where you are or where your going, right? The problem is that the person in question is someone that I considered to be a "friend" in at least a small way. We chatted on skype, exchanged PM's, bounced ideas off of each other etc...

I guess it just goes to prove the smile in your face and stab you in the back saying, huh?

Now this isn't just a rant here...

There are a couple of lessons to be learned here.

1. Don't trust people too easily
2. Watch your ass
3. Mind your own business

It's whatever really...I will be contacting this person directly to essentially let the know what I think which will no doubt contain language that is not meant for a forum setting.

However, for any of you that are actually working your business the right way, beware of the dreaded haters...they will come for you one day
