    Are you looking for a scraping type tool that works like a bot, but is used to visit sites and collect "information" or do you want to start an actual search engine of some sorts? You could have something custom made pretty reasonably on RAC, but there are also some off the shelf tools that might do whatever your trying to accomplish.
