Getting Started

Hi!
This is my first post, but i've been reading the posts here for a month or so
I'm want to get serious with SEO, and making some money.

I have a small problem though, INFORMATION OVERLOAD
There is too much, i don't know where to start.

I have decided what i want to do
- I don't want to sell anything, i want too build keyword based sites and fill them with content and ads.
I've been playing around with market samurai, but i need to know how to start, how to pick a niche and so on.

Could anyone of you point me in the direction of a guide.
Budget; $1000

I realize you don't have anything to gain by giving me tips, so i figured this out:

I'm a decent web developer, PHP and so on...

    How are you going to make any money?

    Wait, wait...I understood what you meant, I'm just messing with you :p

    But if you've been here a month reading, you've already been exposed to lots of ways to find great niches, you're just not focusing.

    That's what you need to do...focus on one plan, and execute it. Several great "guides" and strategies come to mind for the model you've described, one in particular, and they are all well within your budget- contact me and I'll try to point you in the right direction.
