Duplicate Content Changing Domain ?

Hi
Just wanted to double check before I lauch a new site. I have taken the content of a site I just took down from wordpress and moved it to a new domain, just wondering will this be considered duplicate content as far as Google is concerned.

    I don't think so, personally I've seen the exact same articles rank for the same keyword on two different article directories.
