Blogging For Cash - My Finding Isn't Scientific
I know that Blogging is one quick way of making money online, so I thought I'd take a wider look at the potential income streams. Of course being a marketer it seems counter intuitive to consider blogging about anything outside the IM world, but I've noticed that the blogs that rake in the big cash aren't necessarily about making money online.
I did a whois search on Perezhilton and Johnchow and the domains were registered 2005 and 2000 respectively. Further research reveals that Perez Hilton makes around 4 times more blogging about celebrities than John chow who blogs about making money online.
I know there are more variables that contribute to the incomes of both blog, but my crude assumption is that it is better to blog 'where the money is', rather than blog about money.
Does this make any sense to anyone?
