This is the #1 website where entrepreneurs and business owners go to meet other people and network. You can easily find business partners, advice, helpful groups, new careers, and much more. Not only is it a great tool for meeting people and expanding your website or business but it is also a great way to increase your web traffic, generate sales, and find more customers. It is 100% free to join and only takes a few minutes to setup. Now that you know more about LinkedIn, I will give you a few reasons why you should use it.

Tips For Using LinkedIn

  1. Fill out your profile completely. Include all information, website, photo, and anything else interesting.
  2. Participate in site polls to gain knowledge about other businesses.
  3. Use the widgets and features (such as the Twitter widget) included to give your profile more character.
  4. Answer questions and provide your expertise so that other people will know about you and your skills.

  7. Create your own group and let others know about your business.

LinkedIn has allowed me to score 5 figure deals just by using their groups and internal mailing system features. It is also extremely useful in getting local clients.
