When is the time to put up ads?

Hey guys and Gals

I started a blog recently and wanted to get some expert advice on when/if i should offer advertising?
I want to allow people to advertise and give the money to some sort of charity but a friend told me advertising can cause people to leave the blog or be annoyed...

any ideas/guidelines?

    Dont overdo it.

    Place your ads once you are listed on the more stricter paid directories. That is of course, if you use this method of promotion.

    Is the website the Link In your Sig? Firstly have you singed Up with Adsense and be accepted? Because I don't see how you're getting to get any Traffic , Your website has little content Just YouTube Videos. You don't have your Own Webhost , I Know I can't speak at the moment because I don't , But it helps 100% more.

    I've migrated my site and host it myself now, i wanted to ask what you meant by
