Nice man, amazon and adsense together are really powerful, espcially when you get the hang of it. You'll see much better results when you rank on #1

Also, what else you can do is drip huge amounts of traffic from youtube... it will take you a while to create some niche related videos, but in the end it will be worth it

Can I make a suggestion though? Personally I would still try to capture email addresses somehow. I know with my physical products site I have said things like "to get updates on (insert product name) join our mailing list".

People will give away their email address much more easily than they will give away their money. Also, when accessories for the item you are selling are available, you can simply shoot an email to your list and automatically start making money without waiting for the traffic to hit your site.

Not trying to be preachy, I just know that when someone finally told me that I would never grow my business unless I had a list it was the wisest piece of IM advice I had ever gotten.

Right now, it's such early days that, I'm happy to know that someone, who knows who, has found my site, found it useful, I hope, and made a purchace.

I see the potential, and I know what I have to do.... but it's great to see something, albeit tiny, happen.. it shows you what's possible.

Well getting first sale is always been a challenge.The amount is although not too big but still I will inspire you to earn more from amazon.Try to get more traffic and earn more.I also agree with you choosing the right product is the base of your success when you are going to work with an affiliate network.

absolutely. we funnel our 400+ sites to both adsense, which is complemented by amazon sales. the interesting thing to note is that there seem to be a number of niche products, high ticket items that sell well all of the time. but they do add up if you keep driving traffic to them.
