Best SEO software for newbie? Backlink Sol, Link Juicer?

I am trying to find the best software for a newbie that is easy to use but can build links and get traffic. I will be using it for myself.

From what I can see, and I may be wrong, here are a few in order. What do others think?

BackLink Solution. Seems easy to use, they host it so no need for server or proxy. They seem like good guys who post here. Fair price. It seems very set it and forget it which is nice. I would guess as long as you keep using it you should see your rankings move up. $77 mo

LinkJuicer. It looks easy. They claim 20 to 50 links per project per day. More work because you create more content. Price is reasonable. $47 mo

SEO Link Robot. Looks sort of easy. $197 one time which is nice. Not sure about this one..

SEO Nuke X. According to most it is the do all and good. The price is not too cheap. It looks a bit harder to use. I guess if you can learn.

Xrumer Seems like this is not for the avg joe and you need a dedicated server. I had a few people run jobs for me using this and the links do not last very long.

I am curious what would be the best for the avg business with a few sites trying to get better rankings.

I was thinking of BackLinks Sol, Link Juice and maybe using someone here for some SEO Nuke X runs each month. This would run about $200 a month.

Thanks for any suggestions.
