Any good Google Analytics apps out there?

I have about 10 sites up and running, and I'm constantly monitoring traffic using Google Analytics. There are too many mouse clicks involved in this for my liking, since I have to navigate back and forth between my sites and change from the rolling 30-day window to today's data in order to see today's traffic.

Are there apps out there that will show today's GA data for many sites at once?

Sorry, just clarified. If you want to monitor current day's traffic for multiple sites in Google Analytics, you constantly have to go back and forth between the sites using their site dropdown, then edit the dates each time to reflect current date. There has to be a way to consolidate all sites into a single view and see current day activity for all at once. Doesn't have to be realtime, but at least I won't have to hop back and forth.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but you could try Piwik. It's an opensource Google Analytics lookalike but it works in real time.

I think you can monitor several sites because I thought I had read about that, but I've never tried it myself for multiple sites.

I don't want to replace GA as an analytics tool, as I love the functionality. But they make it difficult to track multiple sites at once. I just want their data in a nicer dashboard-style app.

I don't think I had come across any such plugin or software.
