Pay Weird Case: Account reactivated.. LOL

This was happened last 2008. I was testing a salespage and I had to have another paypal account where I can transfer funds back and forth just to test if the sales page is working. Because of multiple transfers, paypal disabled my account and told me I am doing fraudulent activities by logging into 2 accounts from the same IP and doing lots of transfers. I gone through lots of difficulties contacting paypal because my funds were stuck inside the new and disabled account. I told paypal to transfer the funds to my old account but they ignored my new account and I thought thy had my $325. They totally disabled my acocunt and my email says "unregistered". I totally forget about this account although it uses my daily contact email.

Today, someone is asking for a refund. I told him to give me his email and transaction ID and I can't find it anywhere in my account (my official account used in all of my products). I only have 1 paypal since that incident. I told him I can't find his order and he must provide me complete details. He said he sent his payment to my personal email (the one disabled by paypal).. I said to myself "here is another problem"

Out of curiosity I tried to login to that account. I forgot the password so I had to reset after series of trial and error. I finally logged in and you know what? I have $485!!! and account status is verified!! I sent him refund and transferred the money to my official account without any problem...!!

Can't believe this is happening after almost 3 years of dormancy...!
