Outsourcing help for newbie

Hi

Two small local companies need website (5-10 pages). I don't think I can do these websites yet. I am newbie & my wordpress knowledge is not that good (I am still learning) Could I outsource the work to create these website? What about SEO, Google places? Where to outsource (cheaply) to get the websites done???
If I hire someone, should I be worried that the person might contact the client directly? (Website will have contact details)

    1) Hire some individual instead of company to get the sites done (Individuals are Cheap to hire).
    2) Get a Non Disclosure Agreement signed before providing all the details to the individual hired.

    No, you should not worried about direct contact. You can just keep their contact details instead of giving them directly to your provider...
