Can you really find good outsourced staff at $250-300 per month?
In several threads on this forum people talk about hiring staff (in the Philippines mainly but maybe in India) for $250-300 per month.
I have 45 staff including over 20 in the Philippines. $300 per month is quite low to get GOOD staff members in my opinion (around 13,000 pesos). It's very low for the main city in the Philippines (Manila) and it's ok for other cities, but usually more difficult to get really high quality people. Yes there are lots of people willing to work for $250 per month in the Philippines but usually their English is not that great, and their skills etc are limited. For some staff yes I've done it, but mostly need to pay more. I want to know from people who have actually done it, have you found good staff for $300 or do you pay more like $400-600 or even higher like $1000 for good programmers and other great quality staff.
