Add Disclaimer to Video?

When turning articles to videos is it a good idea or okay to add a disclaimer to the video? Example: this is for info purposes, we don't guarantee the accuracy of the info any reliance you put on the info is done so at your own risk.

Yes, that is what I add to to my videos when I put them to articles ---> videos.

Yes, it's a good idea. Just have it up for a few seconds right at the start of the video or video series - just like you would have it at the beginning of an e-book. Keeps the ol' backside covered.
