Opening a file in Chrome

INTERNET MARKETING

Maybe it's staring me in the face but I can't see how to
open a local file in Chrome as with

IE: File/Open/Browse
Firefox: File/Open file

One thing you can do is drag your file into the Chrome window.

  That worked. It's a bit messy - the result is an "Index Of"

  Best solution is Number 1 (Press Ctrl+O), in particular as I need to browse the Desktop
