Popup after "x" number of visits

I am looking for a popup script for a non wordpress site where you can set the popup to display after the "x" visit only.

The usage would be something along the lines of "You are a regular visitor.. so here is.... blahblahblah"

I have PlatinumPopup for a wordpress site that offers this option but I know need to have something similar on a non wordpress site.

Plenty of scripts out there but I can find anything offering this option.

Any suggestions. ??

Checkout PopupDomination - it has a non-Wordpress version that I think might do what you're looking for.

  Thanks.. very very close to what I was looking for.
  
  Popup Domination has the impression counter feature which seems to work on page view impressions. Ideally I was after a visit counter but this will work great if nobody knows of any other visit based one...
