Find a problem people are facing with, write an Ebook about that problem, drive traffic to your ebook saying that it will solve their problem, sell 10 copies per day at $20 and you have reached your goal!

I would suggest first utilizing the search function here, as this question gets asked and answered often in one form or another.

With the obligatory "search" statement out of the way, there is not one best way. A lot will depend on what you can and can't do on your own, and what resources you can bring to the table.

I'm lumping skills, money, physical assets, internet real estate, skilled or unskilled friends, etc, all into the 'resources' category.

Because in a sense they all are just that resources you can tap into.

First you should take inventory of what you can do yourself, and what money, server resources, etc you have access to. You've already established that you can work 3-4 hours per day, and want to build a business in 90 days.

If you're working 3 hours per day every day for 90 days, that's 270 hours.

If you can't write an article worth reading, then article marketing isn't an option unless you either:a) learn to write better articles, or b) outsource your article writing. Option a) will eat up your time learning, option b) will require monetary resources to pay for someone else's service.

If you have no list, you will want to start building one, not just any list, but a targeted list. Both of prospects and of buyers. This can be done a number of ways, (search for list building, opt in, and squeeze page).

Do you know what field you want your business in, or does it matter to you?

If you have no interest in the business (except money) it will be harder to keep motivated to pour yourself into the business. But likewise you have to know there is a market for what you are trying to do.

Do you have a product? Can you create a product? Can you build a website? Can you write compelling sales copy? Can you write informative articles people will want to read, that can establish that your site can provide valuable information?

Open question of "best way to build internet biz" is difficult to answer without making a lot of assumptions about what you can and can't do, and what works well for me, might not work well for you.

I would suggest putting up a website with Wordpress, adding a ton of content that is optimized correctly for keyword phrases, and using article marketing to build backlinks. You can do quite a bit in 90 days, but you want to do something that will make you money now and in the future. Article marketing will do that for you. Plus you can take the articles and turn them into videos to get them out there to even more sites and having a useful site full of great content that is optimized properly gives you quite a bit of leverage to get the necessary traffic.
