My understanding was that the service provider gets $4 for a gig - after Fiverr takes its share.

    300 : 4 = 75.

If you are able to offer 75 gigs per day...

Also, every new gig has high probability of having at least 1 order although sadly, some gigs never see the shine of a client . If you can CREATE 75 useful gigs in 1 day, you MIGHT reach it.

The short answer is Yes you can make that sort of money on fiverr... BUT....

The longer answer: There are different ways to utilize Fiverr. Are you asking is it possible to do 75 gigs per day to make $300 directly on Fiverr through gigs only?

Well.. it's certainly possible, but not very probable... and sounds like it would involve a lot of effort.

However, there are people, myself included who do make a lot more than $300 using Fiverr, just not in the ways you're thinking of.

I absolutely agree with Danielle here. I see so many people in this thread saying that it's impossible, but that's only because they're not thinking laterally. Making $300/day from Fiverr JUST from actual gigs is, like Danielle says, not very probable.

However, if you start thinking outside the box (think like an internet marketer, hint, hint), all kinds of possibilities start opening up. Upsells (OTO pages) upon delivery of your completed Fiverr gigs is one powerful way of doing it. Now do that on 20 to 30 other Fiverr-clone sites and scale, scale, scale, and we're talking.

That's just one idea though - your imagination is the limit.

Istvan said it best that it comes down to a math equation of how many gigs you can do. They would have to be automated or outsourced for you to do 75 gigs a day. You would also need a lot of exposure to get that many requests. I would say its possible if you can retain the clients and outsource the work.

As far as if its possible that's determined by the individual who is attempting to make that amount. I would first start off with a goal of $20 and then keep increasing that amount so its believable to you.

As long as you have a great gig and you are marketing about those gig on different forums and twitter it might can be possible.

300$ a day is difficult, but you can easily get around 1000-1500$ per month. There is no need of any type marketing.

Making $300 a day from Fiverr is not impossible,
but it would have to be an exceptional case.

There will certainly be days you make such kind of money,
but I don't think you can do it on a regular basis unless you're
offering a really good service and your gig gets 'featured'.

I've made some good money selling Facebook fans, but I've never
reached the $300 a day mark. I do get orders on a regular basis
    from previous buyers.

I don't think it would be possible to make that directly on fiverr. I would think you'd need to be marketing a product and have some upsells or a service with an upsell. To do 75 gigs a day on fiverr, I don't think is possible.

      Cheers,
My gig is currently featured and receives loads of good feedback - I average around 8 orders in a 24 hour period which brings me to $32.

I severely doubt anybody could make $300/day, even with 4 or 5 popular gigs. You would need to not only offer a great service, but also be able to complete each gig within 10 minutes to make it work.

Thanks for clearing that up. I've never been featured
so I won't know. And besides, I have just the one gig. I do get
good orders and over 80 positive reviews, 0 negative.
My highest was, I think, 17 or 18 orders within a 24 hour period.

75 writing gigs would be easy to find per day. If you outsourced the writing work, outsourced the management and found yourself a good price point for all things involved, $300 would be pretty darned easy to make. Just have to get around the general clunkiness.
I get the impression you want a hands-off system for this. Here's what I would do:
    1. Hire someone to monitor Fiverr requests for writing.
    2. Have them send them to writers and manage the delivery.
    3. Make sure you have a stable of writers that will write the required works at a low enough price point.
    4. Be sure you have the money upfront as Fiverr funds take 14 days to be eligible for your use.
Or you could take the the PLR route and simply pay someone to manage that delivery. There is a need for quality PLR on Fiverr because there's a lot of sh*t out there.
    Just my $.02.

yes definitely, we know it works and we do use it so it's possible to make money. Just because it's called fiver doesn't mean thats what you have to charge. If your service is good, or you can upsell other services then why not charge more for a bigger service? Something like a gig for 1000 back links or whatever, why not give them a deal for 5000 and charge more?

You're right. I've seen similar gigs where I bought something and I got an offer that when I bought 3 of that gig, I'd get all sorts of bonuses, or one free etc.

The smart people on Fiverr make the real money by either selling some type of information/service for $5 ($4) then making money off the backend. For example you could have a gig where you create a landing page for someone, then you could send a short guide of how to get it hosted and sprinkle in your hostgator affiliate link. The other way the smart ones are utilizing Fiverr is being a middleman. There are some people on there doing lots of work for just $5, which you could easily offer on your own website for a higher marked up price. For example you could have your own video testimonial site and charge $20 to companies for a real testimonial, which only cost you $5 on Fiverr.

      That's excellent advice.

It would be A LOT of work unless you aren't doing anything besides giving them a free download or link after they buy. 75 orders per day is A LOT. You won't sleep trying to complete them. There are people on Fiverr that have 200 orders in their queue sometimes.. They make pretty good money but they work a lot too.

    Hi nerrutis,

Use Fiverr and then sell their services to someone else for a much higher price.

This way, $300 a day is so much more practical to achieve.

If I were making $1000 a day would I tell you how --- NO!!!

Fiverr is a tool like everything else we use in marketing

The way we apply a tool will either deliver great success or 1 order a day lol

What you sell cannot be labor intensive - must be a copy and paste opperation

I have seen a lot of people offer what I call 'no effort gigs' - for example "i will give you my grandmas chicken soup recipe"

Wow, 4 bucks for sending off an email with a recipe you found on the internet.. not bad.

I guess you could do 1000 of these in a mornings work and get 4K

    If the demand was there.

As for making money by purchasing gigs. Definitely possible.

The whole reason us IMers go to Fiverr is to make more than our $5 back, so easily possible in that regard too.

You're not getting $5 for your work. It's really $3.92.
That's after Fiverr fees and PayPal fees.

So if you want to make a profit, make sure you can outsource it for a dollar or two at maximum.

This is one of the things I kick myself about--not upselling when I deliver the work. But...I'm spending too much time on the work.

I've got an ebook somewhere on my hard drive that talks about what someone mentioned above, buying something on Fiverr and selling it on one of the other similar sites. But to the tune of 300/day? I wonder how much work goes into that, how they can be sure that delivery times work out, etc. etc. etc.
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[3714918].message }}
  • It is not impossible. You have to get creative and think outside the box. You know YOU don't have to do the gigs. Also you CAN sell digital products on there, so technically if you have enough of them, that can help some too.

For example the youtube video testimonials for $5, you can probably sell that for more money to people who don't know about fiverr. Just remember, not everyone knows about fiverr!

Fiverr is a great way to add an additional income to your IM efforts, but please treat it as that and dont' go in thinking I'll easily make $1500pm, because you'll be setting yourself up for a big fall. A few people will try and sell you the story of fiverr big bucks and back end sales, but like everything else it's a numbers game. Perform gigs that you can manage within a certain timeframe build up your reputation and positive feedback and the sales will come. A releastic monthly income through fiverr is approximately $600.

A nice and easy way to build up your popularity with any fiverr gig is to join a free traffic directory, I use traffic swarm. Open a free account and put the URL of your fiverr gig with a description in your traffic swarm profile and build up your credits by clicking on different adverts. When people click on your own advert it will build up your reputation with fiverr, as it will be from various IP addresses.

    Theoretically - yes.

    Realistically - no.

To make that amount of money you would have to do a lot of gigs that take very little time to get done. This means you will have to get tons of visitors to your individual gig page. This means you will have to do quite some SEO on the gig page, so you start getting visits from Google and other search engines. Can you do all of this?

ok so fiverr.. can ya make the big monies on it?

    yes yes you can.

Is your time better spent on other things though? probably.

I made some good money on fiverr.. I did over $300 /day.. So I'm not sure whats with the haters saying it can't be done or if someone knew how to do it they wouldn't share it with you. lol

I did it.. and I'll gladly share my strategy with you..

because quite honestly.. I don't spend much time on fiverr these days.. for the sheer fact that it doesn't have that big of a reach and there's alot of other things out there that will pay you ALOT more money for even less effort.. so you're probably better off focusing on that stuff.
    ;p

    its your call.

    So how'd I do it?

Well, the people that said you should think outside the box, upsell, and do OTOS hit the nail on the head. that's exactly how you gotta look at it.

Fiverr is a tricky beast. You're not going to get rich on the front end.. Right now there isn't a big enough demand.. and you're only making a few bucks a sale.

The real money IS made on the backend. Look at fivver as lead generation. It supplies you with BUYER leads.. If you overdeliver and give people tons of value and knock their socks off.. you will establish massive trust/likability... and since they've already spent money with you.. it's real easy to upsell them on something else.

Anyways here's a video I did on this exact method.. step by step.

its all good stuff. no pitch. no hype. stuff works. all I ask is maybe a 'thank you?'

    hope that helps!

not really. you can make $300/day by doing a handful of gigs on fivverr.
      $300 could be 1 person.

You do backlinks for him for $5. he's impressed. You follow up with a message and tell him hey.. for XXX /mo I could give you way more backlinks.
he's sold. you get someone else to do the backlinks. problem solved.

    Yes. Yes. YES.

If you can deliver great gigs consistently & professionally in your gig category you will create a hype around yourself.

This will not only get new customers, this will get many people returning to you because they know your name can deliver.

Once you have achieved this result with one gig. You can bet your backside that anything else you create on there is going to thrive too. This is called, branding.

Make a video so people can see who you are, this will put your face on your gig and create trust.
Why do you think all they great businessmen put their face on everything? Because it's a name/brand you can trust.

There's more to fiverr than some people see. It's new-ish, it's cheap and in the right hand's it's a Warrior's playground.

So here's the key points.. Be excellent at what you do, deliver on time (vital), make sure your gig is consistently good and finally, after all this you can just let your rating do the work for you.

Now get out there and create the next best gig.

yeah, this is a pretty big problem. Most people do not make tons with fiverr because competition is very high. To make $ 300 per day you need something new to surprise the competition and especially to interested buyers. If you have such an offer and she comes first page and to "featured" I think there are big chances to make $300/ day.You to can succeed you must have offers that you can fill in a few minutes.

If you have an offer where you have an hour to make a product that would mean

24 gigs / day x $ 4 = $ 96 maximum per day with a product that it takes an hour and would you need to work 24 hours a day, which is almost impossible. To make the $ 300 you should offer some interesting, attractive and easy to complete. I saw a lot of gigs that make big money with seo services, backlinks, etc. but I have seen many bold ideas like those of "Fun & Bizarre". In my opinion these have successful because people want to see something funny and many of them buy for a few minutes of entertainment

sentence: to make $ 300 a day is difficult but not impossible and many guys show us this truth.

    Thanks

As a soon-to-be buyer from fiverr who spent a lot of time browsing the site I think making 300 a day from there would be possible, however, it is likely very difficult and challenging to do though if you'd only try to do it directly by offering gigs.

It might be better to focus on fiverr as a way to get some residual income going, (probably between 30-70$) worth per day and to build up a reputation for your services. I can see how you could use it to get some testimonials and customer exposure so you can establish yourself in your field better.

For example, let's say you do web design work, and you get gigs on fiverr for simple design work, then use that to build your portfolio, and build it into a full fledged business from there. The customers from fiverr may be interested in additional services you provide (that cost more than five dollars a piece) and you can link to your fiverr profile from your main site to show people your GOOD work as verified by customers who have tried your work. Thus you show people that you are dependable and good at what you do. This can lead to bigger sales, for instance, seeing how you did a few banners might have someone hire you to do extensive graphics work and seeing how you do a simple page for someone on fiverr can land you a few hundred dollar project to do a whole website.

Can this lead to thousands in sales? Yes.
Is it done ONLY by fiverr gigs? No.
It's done by using fiverr as a stepping stone .

That's only one idea on how I can see monetizing your fiverr income beyond gigs to reach 300+ income per day. There are likely others too! Hope you like this idea. If anyone on fiverr can use it, go for it. I love the fact that people offer gigs on fiverr for so cheap and give such good service, because sometimes being a newbie in Internet Marketing is so overwhelming and to get everything you need would cost so much money and some of us don't yet have enough work to hire a person to do something full time for us yet. As such, services like fiverr, elance, and mechanical turk are god send.

I think it is possible, some guy make around $50 a day, personally I havent used fiverr yet, but im gonna also give it a go, because it seems like a neat way of making fast money...

what he said, was to break down a 10 step module into gigs, so the first module will be $5 2nd $5 3rd $5 and so on.....

so if the person like the first, they will then feel temped to buy the second, so with one person you could possibly make $50 if the were to buy all of the modules to continue the course, service.....

There is a lot of good advice on here. Fiverr is not a scam itself. Truthfully though, I would say DIRECTLY from Fiverr gigs - very unlikely on a any kind of consistent basis. But, you can use it as a spring board to other things. Making $300 a day doing anything is difficult, but possible with a combination of methods - figure out what you want to do first before being a opportunity seeker and buying one tactic after another.

You may want to check out Danielle's product - lots of good info there! http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ng-method.html

    Good luck!

You're going to net 4 bucks per "gig" on Fiverr. That's number one. Second, is it possible to make $300 per day with Fiverr.

Sure it's POSSIBLE. Is it likely? Not at all. To make the $300 in a 24 hour period means you're accepting and completing 75 gigs per day or 525 gigs per week.

First, you'd have to be offering something pretty awesome to generate that kind of interest. Second, you'd have to offer several different kinds of gigs in order to diversify. I've been through that site up and down and have not found one person even close to earning this per day with all their gigs...the most I've seen is $500 or more a month.

I think Fiverr is a great place to:

    1. Introduce yourself and your service/product to a wider market
    2. Generate leads that will lead to better paying "gigs" off site
    3. Generating "extra" or passive income (maybe a few hundred per month?)
    4. Get quality work for your IM business dirt cheap (if you choose carefully).

You would need a lot of spare time on your hands to be able to pull this off.

All my gigs on fiverr just require me to send a download link which takes less than a minute.

Easy money but i've never had a $300 day

It surely isn't a scam, but surely isn't a stable business plan.

It's UNRELIABLE income. I wouldn't bother with it if I were you.

Guys, I think you are missing the point here. Have a look back at what Jarrett Stevenson said on page 1 of this thread.

Want to make $300 a day on Fiverr? Well, you will find it difficult to do just on the front end.

The backend is where the money is.

I get a good secondary income direct from Fiverr gigs every month which pays all of my online expenses and more. Most of my gigs take me seconds to deliver. But I also make a load more by developing customer relationships with those who buy from me...and all within the Fiverr TOS.

Yes it is! But I have yet to see anyone who truly understands how to scale Fiverr correctly. Most people focus on the gigs or arbitraging gigs or doing gigs that they can finish quickly. There's a small element of each of these involved, but the real way to scale fiverr demands a total 180 degree shift in thinking. You have to totally see the fiverr ecosystem in a different way.
I'm going to stop right there, because I may want to come out with a WSO on this. But to answer your question - Yes, $300 per day is possible. But the way in which most people will try and make this money on fiverr will not work.

I haven't used it but I only hear fine things about it , so its highly unlikely to be a scam.

But is it possible? sure why not. you'd just have to work your ass off I'm guessing.

Some tips to make more money on fiverr sites

    1. Post gigs on multiple sites. MultiTaskr, Gigbucks, Zeerk

    2. Post gigs to sites that let you make more than $4. It takes 75 gigs at $4, but only four gigs at $80 profit...really just 3.75 gigs, but you get it.

    3. Make more gigs. Here's a little secret....find a popular, easy, and simple gig on fiverr, copypasta it to multiple fiverr like sites and charge $10-$15. When it sells, just go order on fiverr and pocket your cash for being the middle man. Works like a charm.

you can definitely make that much with Fiverr, but not just from selling gigs alone.

Ok. My 2 cents. I got 4 gigs in the first 24 hours. All with positive feedback. My gig takes about half hour to complete. Which is 2 long. But my very first customer offered me 300 a month for online demographic research. Which I declined because he had like 3 page of rules. I'd rather do it for myself. :-) But the lead generation is the only reason I signed up for it. I learned quickly I need to come up with gigs that take 5mins or less to make any real money. But again. I just wanted to build up a portfolio for My social media management job. But even If I break even with the gig I have, I have built up a reputation. And that to me is worth a million bucks :-)
