URGENT Site like Yousendit?

Hello All,

I have a pretty large file (800 MB) and I need to email it to a client. I need to find an email service that is free to send it to them. Does anyone know of a service that can do this?

There are tons of sites like Yousendit.

You can use MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service for example, they have a 1024 mb upload cap. You should just encrypt the file, because everyone who has the link could download it. Ever .zip application should be able to do this.

Dropbox works really well - especially if you're regularly sharing files with clients.

Literally once the file is uploaded to the dropbox, the person sharing the folder can drag it onto their desktop.

      Works great.

I haven't. I do like megaupload though. You can download files > 400mb as a free user. Most sites have a MB threshold, after which you have to be a paid user [filesonic, rapidshare]. I believe Megaupload and Fileserve do not.

    Cheers

    I use We Transfer.

Free to send up to 2GB and looks a lot more professional to the client than the likes of Megaupload.

I've used Dropbox for this as well. It comes with a "Public" folder, so you just drag the file in there, wait while it uploads, and then you can copy the public link that you can send to anybody. The recipient does not need a Dropbox account.

Free accounts have a 2 GB limit.

Emails are not really suited to send large files. Try Binfer which specializes in large file transfers.
