
How Can We Reduce The Struggle and Help Our Downline Win?
So to help reduce that amount of struggle and pain for new people in your downline I have the following steps:
1 - Take the time to welcome new people to your organization, its key because they need the personal touch especially at first
2 - Have a clearly defined, step-by-step process to get up and running (don't be tempted to vomit) this is also what happens right after someone joins. They aren't ready to have all the details.
3 - Hook them up with key leaders and training. A system is key here, even when you are not available they can get help
4 - Be available, at first they need a little help. Don't assume they will get it just because you did. They may not be at your level of expertise or belief yet.
5 - Have others on hand that they can go to if you are not there.
6 - Stay in good communication, via e-mail, make sure they know when things are, they are not used to being set up with a schedule.
7 - Be patient, remember at one time or another, you were a "newbie" too.
8 - Take action yourself, they will only be about 50% of what you are doing, if your action is low, then theirs is even lower.
