@ AMR users: Article Marketing Robot not working! (Their forum is down?)

Ok, they had another software update. I did everything the video told me to update the software, but I get the same annoying message that says AMR has been updated and I need to get the latest build.

I tried over a zillion times to do what the video tells me, but the same message keeps popping up. It's driving me nuts.

My last resort to get help is their forum, but for some reason it's down.

Don't know if Steve has some kind of support system.

Can someone please help me? I tried to ask my brother for help. He is clueless.

I don't know what else to do.

    They had sent an email earlier saying they will be down for the next 24-72 hours because they're switching hosting.

    Edit: Including their website.

      I got the same message. He's just moving and so AMR's license can't be verified, so it won't work.

      The software I sell has the verification process on two separate servers, so if one server is down a backup server will be contacted for verification. I really think software vendors should think about their verification process and try not to punish those that did pay for their software and figure out a way to have a Plan B for when their server can't be reached and it's no fault of the customers.

      It's best to email and ask for support when you have a problem. Last week I couldn't get it started and help came pretty quick after my email. It turned out that the files were corrupted and they used teamview to access my computer and sort it out. I was really pleased with the support that I got.

      I haven't tried to update it yet, but I was using AMR less than 12 hours ago so this update must be very new. I'm sure that if there are problems with it that they will be ironed out soon.
