A few basic Flippa questions for experienced sellers
2. Flippa says the following:
"You have the option of manually accepting bids, giving you time to talk to bidders to gain confidence in their professionalism."
Does this mean that you accept or reject every bid that comes in, or does this only apply to the final bid?
Also, is this recommended? (I will be selling a very established site that may bring a fairly high price -- i.e. it's not a quickie turn-around sale.)
3. If you do choose to talk to potential buyers, what type of contact info do they give you? Is the communication strictly through the Flippa site, or can you exchange emails, phone numbers, etc.?
Thanks.
