Facebook Inconsistent Ad Policy?

INTERNET MARKETING

FB seem to have a strict advertising policy, particular on money making schemes. As I get Greek ads as I live in Greece - I was shocked and annoyed to see a fat shiny get rich quick ad tempting me to click it...

It was literally 'make 500 a day' click here...

What gives....? I've wasted money on promoting clickbank gardening products...

Facebook is doing fine.
they are restricting big brands become more richer as compared to small brands.
