Which site to have a logo designed?

I was looking on Fiverr to have a logo made, then I remembered someone talking about one of the sites, like Elance, Freelancer, etc, where a person can state what they're looking for, and you'll get different responses from people and you can just take your pick if you find something you like. You don't pay for anything until you find something you like.

Does anyone know what site that is? That's the route I'd like to take.

    I asked to have a logo designed through Fiverr recently .......they asked for 4 days...then another extension of time (I agreed) and then finally they just came back and said sorry I can't do it (even though I was still happy to wait). My first encounter wasn't a good one......I wonder how many people don't worry about getting their Five Bucks back? Mmmmmmm

      I used a guy on fiverr recently to desigh a header for my wp blog, he showed me good samples....when he produced the work it total rubbish, it was obvious he was crap the the samples were not his own work, i complained to fiverr who promtly placed my money back into my acct...

      I now use someone else from fiverr and he is outstanding

    I use a guy called Dave, he does extremely cheap prices for logo designs and other sorts of graphics for websites. He's also really good to deal with and I use him all the time.

    He is a member here in the Warrior Forum with the username: mirus (it think)

    Yeah, Fivver is cheap as chips (literally these days!)

    But, I would definitely have to recommend 99 Designs.

    They can be expensive but you get a lot of people designing the logos and you can interact with the designers to ask what you like/dislike, etc.

    Then you only pay for the design you want.

    I think the cheapest price you can pay is $295 but if you are serious about the business it is worth it.
