101 Uses For PLR Articles -- Good Read

Hey everybody.

We all know the fate that PLR articles have endured after the latest Google update.

I came across this on another site not too long ago and thought it was a good read. Totally opened my mind up a little to all the different things you can do with PLR articles.

I will warn, however, that some of the 101 ideas are more about comedy than anything else. You've been warned.

Anyways, here is the link to the site: 101 Uses for PLR Articles

Hope you enjoy!

    Just went through the document.

    Excellent list!

I like the idea #25 which consists in offering PLR as part of an editing challenge on one's website - I never thought of this use! I'll be checking it out further

Thanks for digging this treasure @TiffLee!

I think I would like #2. Offering them as a bundling package.

Hehe. Fun list! Thanks for sharing it.

The only reason PLR users have suffered in the Google changes is that they did not take heed to all the warnings given out by reputable PLR sellers and teachers for years. PLR is fantastic time-saving, creativity-enhancing stuff. But "cut-n-paste" is NOT how it's meant to be used.

Sharp PLR buyers have made truckloads of money ... and will continue to do so ... because they make it their own. Rewrite ... reorder ... repackage ... rebrand ... reprice. Just think "RE..." And PLR is a goldmine still.

For some odd reason I'm unable to view the list. Even when I Google it, I get a msg stating that Chrome is unable to open the site.

ETA: Just opened a cached copy and can view it just fine. Good list! Thanks!

    Bang on advice Phil!

To me PLR is like a skeleton. You need to flesh it out and breathe life into it by putting what is uniquely YOU into the mix. Don't shortchange yourself by just putting it up as is, not just from the Google penalty point of view but because you're better than that!

You have your own value to share, combine that with the time saving content and structure of the PLR and you have a winner on your hands.

Here's a simple way you can create fresh articles though PLR articles.

    1. Read the PLR article 3-4 times.
    2. Note down important points available on the article.
    3. Search these important points on Google.
    4. Re-write abstracted ideas in own words and mix them with PLR contents.

Though this way, you'll be able to create a fresh article less than 20 minutes.

    Great list Tiff.

One twist on the podcast angle is that you can now do Blog Talk Radio shows, with the content. When your description is well written, you can expect be ranked well in the search engines. You do have the real time of being on the broadcast, but if you don't like to rewrite, that can be a real benefit. You could probably do ten articles on one 30 minute show.

And even easier trick is to localize the information. So do a show on diabetes for residents in say...Chicago. Make sure your description is well written and you can expect to get some juice in the search engines from it. I have been the beneficiary of this kind of traffic and exposure. You can duplicate this on Ustream.TV or LiveStream.

Lol. Thanks TiffLee. #81 is it:

Use them to flesh out evidence in a court case.
The judge might not understand your case, but PLR content could help you explain things to a “less-than savvy” official.

My only visits to court are the ones I've paid to my couch -- when Judge Judy's on the tv screaming at somebody. After listening to her make some really blatant errors in judgement -- especially with technical issues, I had her in mind when I wrote that.

Implementing many of them shouldn't be too hard when you focus on one topic. Attempting these tasks on a million different PLR topics would be insane.

I didn't see the humor in that one, as I've thought about doing it myself. It is, in fact, one of the more serious suggestions.
