Using Offline Businesses as Affiliates, check this out
So interesting conversation i had with a buddy of mine that owns a few products in the gardening niche.
He has an ebook, his own branded tools, as well as a small store.
This winter season as a favor i set him up with an affiliate program for his books and tools. I told him to contact his colleagues in a 50 miles radius and see if he can work any partnerships out with any other nursery's or mom and pop stores.
Out of about 150 shops, we was able to secure about 20 partnerships. Which in reality was simply a brochure he handed out or they threw into the shopping bag.
The brochure had a subdomain URL that would redirect and track sales from that location.
They got paid commissions.
Since March he has profited about $3k from just the 20 businesses after paying them out commissions.
I figured this could get some of your creative thinking going...
Especially if you have friends in your community might be the easiest first JV ever. He said it was fairly easy to create, as he just took the expense of printing everything when he went into their shops.
Think about where it could work:
If you have a Pet product --> local vets
If you have a tax product --> local accoutants
etc, etc
I made $10k in 16 days. Here's how.
