Does iContact still offer a Two Tier Affiliate Program?

Hi

Does iContact still offer a Two Tier Affiliate Program? I contacted their Affiliate and Partner support teams and some are saying there is a two tier program in place where the first tier would receive 25% of the commissions and the second tier receives 5% recurring. The others are saying there isn't.

When I inquired further I got no reply back

    And does the first tier affiliates benefit from the second tier affiliate commissions earned as well?

    iContact are really strange. Every single time I contact them, one of them says that there is indeed a second tier affiliate program in place and another says no. And this is strangely within the same department.

    Hi all,

    I can confirm for all of you that iContact does offer a second tier affiliate commission of 5%. It's set automatically, so nobody has to turn it on for you or anything.
