How Often You Email Your List?

Would like to share some simple tips with IM newbies about this topic
"how often you email your opt in list."
Normally I build three lists for every website:
1) Prospect list
2) Customer list
3) Affiliate list
For my prospect list, I'll offer them a 7 days free course & I send them an email every day for the next 7 days.
For my customer list, I'll email them once a week to give them some good content & promote other products occasionally (either my own product or affiliate product from clickbank)
For my affiliate list, normally I'll broadcast to them once I launch a new product.
