    There was one comment in that article that really stuck out to me.

    "There is no quick fix; I can't buy different habits..."

    Nothing rings more true than that. Doesn't matter what walk of life. Doesn't matter what hobby. Doesn't matter if its business. Doesn't matter if its quitting smoking or cutting back on sodee-pop!

    There is no quick fix for anything. Period.
