Can I Keep Interview Audios As a Bonus For My Product Without Permission??

Hi,

Im thinking to keep some "Top Internet Marketer Interview Audios" (which I have downloaded it from somewhere..) for my product as a Bonus.. So Do I need to take permission for keeping those videos as a Bonus for my product or Can I keep them directly as a bonus without asking anyone.?

    I would ask the owner of the videos before using them as bonuses,

    and it depends on the rights of the videos, did he include any rights?

    either way, ask the owner.

    Don't use them without asking them.

      I have downloaded those "interview audios" from one website (who has kepted those "interview audios" as a bonus for his prooduct) and I really dont know who that owner of those "interview audios" might be ..

      So Im in dilemma whether to keep them as a bonus or not (since I dont know the actual owner of those interview auidos). and moreover im thinking whats wrong to keep them as a bonus since anyhow one website alreaady kepted those audios as a bonus for his product and whats wrong to keep those as a bonus by me..

      So what U say folks?

    The answer to this one is a very quick 'no'.

    Unless the place you downloaded these from has given you redistribution rights, they're for your personal use only.

    Interviews are no different to reports, video trainings, software or any other type of product. Someone has gone to a lot of effort to carry out the interviews (and the interviewers have also given up their time to feature in them).

    The best thing to do would be to carry out a new set of interviews to really add value to your product.
