THIS Affiliate Website or THIS Product?

Hey Warriors. I'm in a state of confusion...

I've started building the following Affiliate Website:


(you have to view it in full size otherwise pic looks fuzzy)

It's basically about Affiliate Marketing as you can see. About 30 Pages or Content with some reviews etc and pitches a few products.

OR...

I've been thinking of launching all the information I've prepared for the Website in an E-Book form, AND offering a website designed like the above, as well as a few articles to add to your launch.

Which do you think is a better idea?

Any help much appreciated.

    Offer both!

    Set up the affiliate website then offer a website creation service like the one you have. Let the customer choose the niche they want and create XX pages of content for them for a few hundred bucks.

    The money you make from the website sales can be used to promote your own website...

    Good question! I had thought of charging a small fee for the book and probably a bigger one for the website and articles? Would you agree?

    Offer a free e-book that's got some good stuff in it but is ultimately a teaser for the site. Allow others to give it away as a bonus product for their own offers.

    Thanks for the responses lads,

    If possible I'd love to keep away from a business too focused on web design, I had thought more of working off a template and changing details based on Niche and keywords. of course I'd have to change headers and colour schemes every time.

    In your opinoons, as marketers yourselves, would the designs like that sell at all?

    And they've been designed in Frontpage :S does that make a difference to my possible audience?
