Here are a few that I grabbed from a very quick Google search. There are hundreds more.

Hi Kenneth - a fellow warrior, SeanIM id (Sean Mithell) set up a free tutorial on how to set up an audio on a sales page ...

without using any service etc. so it is all free the tools he tells you to use..

you can go to google - search on

audio play button

and he is the first two results -

I don't think I can post the actual link as per warrior rules -

Anyway - it is more cost - effective than any paid solution!

Kenneth - this is what I use. It is awesome and free:
1 Pixel Out Audio Player Wordpress plugin

It's for wordpress, but it also works on regular pages.

+1 on a flash based media player, whatever you do have the mute/stop button easily accessible

Because 99% of people don't want to hear anything on websites.

I think you can use the flash player add on tool for uploading audio files without a problem, it enables you to set in and out points as well find the quality you want to use! Cheers!
