Posting Vids w/o linking back to youtube on doubleclick??

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone out there knows how to easily post vids in a wordpress blog without it linking back to youtube on a doubleclick. ??

    on my poker blog I host the videos and use the flowplayer plug in to stream them direct. you can skin it nicely - your own image and play buttons to start/instant play if you want etc etc.

    if you don't have enough bandwidth on your hosting deal then you can pay for something like a mediafire account and stream them from there.
