The right balance of "free resources" and "sales", seeking advice?
I am about the change the overall orientation of my website from an information/service approach, to a more sales based approach, and could use some advice.
My site is in the anger management genre, and it offers free resources and a program that is for sale. I get from 50 - 100 visitors per day and that number is increasing steadily, but I have only sold two programs in the past two months.
I am trying to figure out how to re-organize my site landing page and my site overall. What things should I change or get rid of, what things should I add? I don't want to lose the feeling of offering free resources, yet I want to increase my sales.

I am making good headway with SEO, mostly from getting backlinks from content blogs. Most of those types of sites will not link to my site if I'm purely sales driven, so I can't go 'all out' sales. Yet if I'm getting traffic but no sales then that doesn't work either. So I'm trying to figure out how to create the right balance between sales and free resource orientation.
Do people have some suggestions on how I can achieve this balance?
