    Hi LifestyleTrans,

You can do either, but there are certain limitations if you use the same account, or advantages - depending on your approach and what you're trying to achieve.

People use software like THIS to do various things with just one account. The sales page spells it all out for you.

If you do a search for the product name on this forum, you'll find some recent threads that talk about this exact subject.

You do not have to open a new Clickbank account for each product, but here are a couple of the main reasons you should:

      1. It makes it much easier for affiliates to promote your product because of the way the hoplink is set up for each account.

      2. Only one product from each account will go into the Clickbank Marketplace. If your product is worth anything you want it in the Clickbank Marketplace. It makes it much easier for affiliates to find you.

      3. It makes it much nicer for tracking purposes.

Your first Clickbank vendor account costs $49.95, but after that each new vendor account cost's only $29.95 upon request. All you will have to do is make one sale to make up for having the additional $29.95 account if you have a product that is priced at $37 or higher and trust me you will make one more sale if your product has it's own account.

You can keep up with your diferent Clickbank account with a Clickbank Master Account.

I'm pretty sure that you can use your own clickbank account for multiple products; you don't have to create another account.

So, I understand I can use the same Clickbank account for multiple products.... BUT, I only get one Marketplace listing?

For my new product, I'd like to have a new Marketplace listing for it for affiliates and a special hoplink.

        Can anyone clarify this?
You got it. Best path - open another account.

I would say open another account. As an affiliate, I have promoted people's products which takes time setting up affiliate sites, optimizing, backlinks and the whole 9 yards. Then the vendor goes and creates a new product using the same vendor id. So when a prospect goes and clicks on hoplink to 1st product that was originally set up BAM 2nd product shows up. This has happened to me and boy was I pissed at the vendor. Be sure individual hoplinks are set up for your individual products or you will alienate affiliates.

that nails it, doesn't it? if the vendor is able to make your hoplink essentially obsolete, then you are just promoting his product for free!

and as a newbie product creator, I would want to build some solid, trusting relationships with my first set of affiliates....so individual accounts makes sense for a lot of different reasons.

      thanks again.

i have recently done this and just used another account.

was only 29 bucks i think, and only had to make 2 sales to pay for it.

    Not hard at all.

    Good luck.
