Please suggest a website for Forum Marketing

I do Online medical consultation for people with sexual dysfunction. Can you suggest a website where I could do some forum marketing. All the sites that I have looked at are patients for patients only and do not allow "experts" anywhere near them (which is fare enough I suppose.) This may be a complete non-runner of course. Maybe this niche does not allow for this approach.Have searched through Big Boards and Boards Tracker. Thanks for your help. I am really a bit stuck.

Hi there Tryinhere. Having been turfed out of a medical website for offering free advise I am kind of walking on egg shells around here. You can find out all about me by hitting arynne above and going to my home page. Do you have any suggestions about website where I might try a bit of forum marketing please. Thank you.

I strongly suspect that in this "niche", any kind of forum marketing may be extremely difficult, because unfortunately, in addition to yourself, your "niche" is also occupied by the world's most aggressive, most persistent and most nuisance-causing spammers (relentlessly promoting all those tablets), and any forum worth talking about may have some pretty ruthlessly efficient procedures in place to prevent anything that could possibly be interpreted as a "promotional opportunity", such a signature-file, website-link or whatever.

The problem my be further compounded by the fact that a lot of forum spam, these days, is either automated or at least semi-automated, and some spamming software can identify a range of vocabulary relevant to its context: if people discuss those blue tablets on a web-page, that's a page which will then attract automated spam promoting them.

In short, you may be the victim of a lot of anti-forum-marketing counter-measures which were not designed with you in mind at all.
