Manage All of Your Wordpress Sites in One Place

There is a new free service that has launched to allow you to manage all of your Wordpress site from one dashboard. It is located at http://www.managewp.com

Security? Yes, it is secure because you activate each of your sites by installing their ManageWP-Worker plugin on each site. This way ManageWP never sees your passwords.

I am trying it now and I can see great potential in helping me with time management.

What do you think?

  • You need to fix your link, but but that does sound like a very helpful service. I'm checking it out now.

EDIT: Hmmm... sounds great, looks great, but no prices are posted anywhere. Self-hosting requires a corporate license, so I'm sure that would be very expensive. Hosting on their servers would mean a monthly fee, obviously. It would definitely be a time-saver, though, that's for sure. If anyone knows what the monthly fee is, please post.

It seems REALLY kewl - I signed up and logged in - however there is no pricing info. Free account gives you 100 blogs. I'm scared to add them though lol.

This is not my site so I don't have answers to a lot of questions. I just thought it looked promising.

This website is free at the moment, but you can expect it to be a paid membership not too long. It is great at what it does, save a ton of time logging into individual WP install to update them. There are similar services available and they are not cheap, I can't see this one being any different, however, if you get in now you just might get a discount when it is launched (but that just a guess)

Oh, boy. I sure would hate to sign up, get everything installed on over 70 blogs, then in 6 months find out it's an exorbitant amount every month and have to uninstall everything.

But I agree that it definitely sounds helpful. Might have to take it for a test-drive with just a few and see how it goes, though.

I have now found a script that will keep track of your Wordpress blogs on your own server...

There's another excellent one called xMarkPro that will automatically create your domains with WP installed, allow you to manage all blogs from one central location, plus much more.

ManageWP is currently free, but to clarify we plan to charge $5/month for managing 10 websites and $50/month for 500 websites. We will also have up to 5 websites free for forever.

It is nice to see that other services started to appear, always nice to see healthy competition.
