I saw this on Today.com -- the website for American television's NBC morning show.

It seems the FTC is actually starting to crack down on fake "news" websites and flogs. It was bound to happen.

    They've been cracking down on flogs for awhile now. Good news as far as I'm concerned. Forced continuity, fake testimonials, nearly impossible to cancel. About time they were shut down.
