Warriors Need UR Advice/Suggestions!!!

Hello Warriors!!!
I need ur valuable suggestions.I have domain (deadlypassion.info) and i want to utilise it.I have an amazon affilate account and i want to put the products on the site.I am confused on writing content on deadlypassion and promoting a specific product from amazon.
I heard that .INFO domains are not much useful.Is that true??
Please help me with ur valuable suggetions.

    I have a valuable suggestion for you
    Don't use all caps in the topic title.

    As for the domain, .info are cheap and were misused heavily several years ago. Hence their "low value".

      I have several .info sites and have no trouble ranking them. In fact if you are a regular member of the public visiting a site looking for information then .info sounds good.

      You say you are confused about putting information on the site and promoting a specific product. I'm not quite sure what you mean.

      Amazon allow you to place widgets on your site - you can choose the specific product and then add the code to your site.

      As for putting information on the site, either write it yourself, outsource it or even buy some PLR and rewrite it.

    Movies and books about either femmes fatale or bear maulings.

    Since there are a couple of movies called "Deadly Passion", you're going to have a very difficult time ranking your site, regardless of the TLD.

    the .com expires on 22-jun-2011 and you can either backorder it or email Melissa and ask her to buy it off her. amazon and .info does make a good pair. Remember just adding amazon links to a webpage doesn't mean you'll have buyers. It takes alot of work to get there.

    This is categorically untrue! I'm not so sure whether that domain would work well for promoting a physical product, it sounds like it'd be better suited for an information product. Surely you did some research beforehand on how to utilize that domain before buying it?

      I'm using .info domains and I have no problem ranking them... what I would suggest you do though is to find products that are related to your overall theme and target those specific posts so that you can rank your posts high instead of your main domain, which is pretty much useless if there is no search volume for it.

      Depends what you make the site about!

      For example, you could choose to make the site about hobbies, in general, then you'd be able to promote a very wide range of Amazon products which relate to any hobby, including music, cooking, photography, outdoors, sports, video games, music, and lots more.

    Don't pick products based on your domain, pick your domain based on the products.

    Better yet, pick your products based on the MARKET.

    it's better if you grab .com
    because .com will get your post faster index..
    that's what i learn from the gurus..
    but i've personally .info domain which also getting fast index by google..
    but the old was already 1 year 6 month..
    google already thrust my domain.. :-)
