Hi,

I wanna know, if there's any plugin or something that can make wordpress widgets more customizable, or like add more options to them, etc?

Never heard of such a thing. Don't think it exists either. But what exactly do you want to customize?
If it is just HTML styling try -HTML Javascript Adder

Am not sure I understood the question myself. Can you perhaps elaborate a bit more.

I don't think there is a plugin that let's you customize the widgets that come automatically with your installation, but, you will find that there is almost always a plugin to have a widget that does the same as the one you want to customize. Hmm, maybe a bit confusing. For example, if you want to customize your Recent Posts widget a bit, I'd use Advanced Recent Posts, it gives you a bit more options. Same for other widgets, just do a search in the wordpress plugin database, most of them are free.

    No.

A widget/plugin has the features it was written to have. Unless you want to rewrite the widget/plugin you're stuck with the options the author has provided.

    FYI: widgets are plugins!
So, you want a plugin that customizes another plugin...

It is possible to use custom post types feature in WordPress to use built-in WYSWYG editor to create widget content and then re-use these in widgets.

Example implementation in a commercial theme:
