New Looking for advice

I read a few posts on the web about making money from websites through affiliate, ads, and adsense.

I have an Artisteer, WordPress, theme development website, I do not sell products but do have download files for tutorials which are free.

I do not want to charge for downloads, I have a membership plugin where I could do PPP but I do not want to do that, I get a little in donations.

As the website is tutorials for theme developers, the meta keywords do not generate the high paying AdSense blocks, I have tried LinkSys had a few clicks but no conversions.

I am not sure what the Warrior Forum is all about I was sent here when I asked about a WordPress membership plugin, I am interested in how I can add value and get revenue from my website.

When I create posts I tweet, facebook and linkedin, but as they link back to a post and not a list these often show as bounces, with all the information on one page.

100+ Posts each post two adSense Banners and one in the right sidebar.

With this traffic (1 month) what should I be able to generate and how?

Google Analytics:
6630 Visits (4,744 Unique)
13884 PageViews
2.09 Pages/Visit
65% Bounce Rate
2.54 Avg Time on Site
67.83% New Visits

Google adSence:
13300 Impressions 36 Clicks £14.11

This does not even cover the hosting costs, so I finance the website as well as the free time in creating the content.

I have not posted enough to add a link in a post, but the image below will take you to the website.

Thanks in advance

    David,
I suggest that you take some time to think through the best way to earn income from your site. You obviously have talent and something to offer looking at your traffic stats. Did you set up a lead capture system so individuals who want your free tutorials have to provide you with their name and email address to access them? It seems that you can build a nice list and then keep in touch with them to build a relationship.

Here are some tips that may be helpful if you have not yet explored your niche market:

    1. Determine what you want to sell that has more value than your free information
    2. Conduct keyword research to see what people interested in your topic are searching for. For example, if you wanted to sell customized Wordpress themes, the phrase "buy Wordpress themes" receives 880 phrase match searches per month.
    2. Optimize your blog posts for those phrases
    3. Sell them via PayPal

If you are good at creating tutorials then develop a series that you can sell to the list once they love your free versions.

Again, you need to either find related existing products that you can sell as an affiliate or create your own.

Hope this was helpful. Post any questions you may have and I'll try to post meaningful answers along with the other Warriors.

    Good luck,
    Vito
