How to increase amazon affiliate sales...?

Hi folks,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a straight forward way to 'mirror' a wordpress site based on the ip of the visitors so that visitors from the UK see a site where aff links point to Amazon UK, and US visitors see links pointing to Amazon.com?

I'm know that I'm nowhere near smart enough to be the first person to think of doing this, so has anyone got any experience of this?

words of wisdom will be met with much gratuity

    There are two plugin's:
    Amazon Affiliate Link Localizer
    Wordpress Amazon Associate

    Both do not work very well. You need to place your tracking ID for Amazon in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, etc. However for it to work the ASIN number must match exactly in the UK/Canada/Germany, otherwise it defaults to the US site.

    I have made lots of "book" sales but it rarely seems to work for other types of products.

    I think one of these products will do it for you. You'll have to read through everything yourself, though, or maybe sending them an email would be even quicker.

    I don't know how 'straight-forward' this would be, though, because I'm sure there would be a database involved, at the very least.
