Is there a Social Media Website/tool/software that brings it all together?

I thought that was such a tool out there. If I'm not mistaken, I've heard someone mention of a desktop software that will do something like that.

Thanks but I don't think that's what I am looking for. What I'm looking for is a software or a tool that will bring all of my social media sites into one place including:

facebook
myspace
twitter
linkedin
etc.

for instance, when I post a status update on any of the sites above, the software will show me if anyone commented on my status, wrote on my wall, etc. Then I can respond to them right from there, without going to each and every social media site.

I'm not looking for a software for search engine optimization purposes to use social media sites to dominate google pages.

FriendFeed or Sweetcron - The Automated Lifestream Blog Software.

I have only read about them and not tried them, but sounds like
what you are after.

I use Digsby to monitor everything at once.. (I use FriendFeed & Profilactic for the other stuff above)

But if you're after something to monitor what's going on for all your social networking sites, then it's Digsby hands-down.

- GoogleTalk
- Jabber
- Facebook Chat
Plus if you install it at either work or home, it will sync everything to your username, its so sweet.. oh and it's free.

There was also something I was trying out the other day, that pulls all your Facebook, MySpace, Gmail, Bebo etc email into one place, but it was really slow and has a long way to go before it's useful.. Im going to stick with digsby and hope someone comes up with something (free or affordable) that does the same thing in a quicker way. Maybe even Digsby will go down that track in the future as it's still in Beta.
