Paid Newsletters

Hi

I've read a couple of reports promoting the idea of creating paid newsletters. Is there really much mileage in this for non-IM, non-desperate niches?

I'd be interested in hearing any first-hand experiences.

    LMAO "non-desperate" LOL

Anyway...the question isn't will people pay for a newsletter, that's already a proven business models. There are literally hundreds of newsletters people pay for. The question is can you create content people will be willing to pay for. ;^)

I developed a paid monthly newsletter for copywriters about six years ago. It ran for around 15 months, and did reasonably well.

Then my business model changed, and I discontinued it.

I could see this working in many different niches - investing, weight loss, any "how to" niche...

    Test it - :-)

newsletters are definitely a great way to create value if you can get a good mailing list.
